Chatsworth Dance Centre
Mike Starking invited us to Chatsworth Dance Centre to install
a sound & lighting system in both his studios. We specified
Vieta DO10 speakers controlled by QSC amplifiers with simple
to operate Behringer mixers and Trantec radio headset microphones.
Mike also has a CD player and the ability to input audio from
an I Pod in both studios. We installed a cost effective disco
lighting system in the main studio for weekend childrens parties
and a spotlight for solo performances.
We commissioned Rosco to supply and install an Adagio multi
purpose dance floor. Rather than choosing a dancefloor for
ballet or any specific genre of dance, the Adagio copes with
all styles exceptionally well. It has been commented on by
the tutors and pupils how better the experience is with a
great dance floor.

office, a reception area and a waiting room. We approached
FTAV initially to provide sound and lighting but ended up
commissioning them to totally alter the layout and logistics
of the premises. We are delighted with the results – in particular
Carl’s creativity and workmanship. Our main studio now has
sound and lighting to rival anywhere in North Yorkshire and
the feedback from children (and adults) at both classes and
parties is both positive and enthusiastic.”
