Many thanks for your repair of the Martin MX4 I brought into you on last Friday.

Your rapid diagnosis of problem, ordering of the necessary part from Denmark and phone call to let me know the repair had been completed was very impressive given the very tight time scale.

As a small Social Enterprise supporting vulnerable people in Yorkshire we don’t have spare stock of lighting so I am particularly relieved that the MX4 is back in service as it is required for an important event we are engaged in this weekend.

I am also very grateful to Rick Lawson for his ongoing support and advice he has provided to Orb both during the development of the enterprise and now we are successfully operating.

I will have no hesitation in bringing any other items in for repair – hopefully not in the near future!
